I am so sorry sweetheart. All I can say is that some day, eventually, all of this will make sense. You are going to grow from this and you are going to bring things from this into your next relationship and you are going to learn from it. All of this is, no matter how icky it is, is leading to something wonderful and beautiful and fantastic. I'm just sorry that you have to experience the icky in your journey in the mean time. It's going to be okay.
